January Workshop

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Dear Workshop Participants,

We hope your cabin fever will provide enough incentive to drive in the snow.  Here in the north towns we have plowed roads and at the moment no snow on tomorrow’s forecast.  We have spoken to St. Leo’s and they have informed us they do not “close” unless the Diocese of Buffalo mandates.  So at this point in time, we will NOT cancel unless Erie County OR the Town of Amherst posts a driving ban.  This is not anticipated.

However, no workshop is worth risking an accident!!!!!!!!!  If you feel the roads are unsafe in your travel area, just stay home and send me an email that the weather is preventing you from attending. We receive notifications immediately so we will get your message.

We have had some questions regarding the yarn to bring – we are practicing little samples; therefore, partial skeins are just the ticket.

For those of you attending and would like a coffee to jump start your morning, there is a Tim Horton’s on the corner of Sheridan and Sweethome; and an express one at Sweethome and Maple at the gas station. We are not providing hospitality, so bring your own lunch and beverages.  Dress for the weather, the room may be chilly.  Feel free to bring snacks to share of course.
